I started treating DeX as if it were a desktop computer and quickly forgot I was actually using my phone. Note: PC Link requires downloading and installing the DeX app. Given just how similar the internals are on the Note 10 and S10, hopefully, Samsung can add.
There is no support for the Galaxy S10 and S10+ at the moment, it seems.
